Terms of Service

1. The service

Keepsy adds a save-for-later widget to your OpoShop storefront, keeps each shopper's saved list, shows you what is most saved, and sends reminder emails when a saved item comes back in stock or drops in price. It is delivered as a hosted service; there is nothing for you to install or maintain.

2. Your account

Access is granted through your OpoShop store's OAuth authorisation. You are responsible for who has access to your OpoShop admin, since anyone who does can open Keepsy for that store. Keepsy sessions are scoped to a single store and are verified against OpoShop on every launch.

3. Acceptable use

Use Keepsy for your own store. Do not use it to send unsolicited mail, to collect addresses you have no relationship with, or to reach people who have unsubscribed. Do not attempt to access another store's data, to reverse-engineer the service, or to overload it. We may suspend an installation that does any of these.

4. Emails sent on your behalf

Keepsy sends reminder emails in your name, to shoppers who gave you their address on your storefront and asked to be told about the items they saved. You remain responsible for complying with the marketing and privacy laws that apply to you. Keepsy includes one-click unsubscribe on every message and honours it permanently and immediately. You can pause all sending from the Reminders screen at any time.

5. Data

You retain ownership of your store data and your shoppers' data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Keepsy has read-only access to your store and cannot modify products, orders, customers or discounts.

6. Availability

We work to keep Keepsy available and correct, but it is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The storefront widget is deliberately built to fail invisibly: if Keepsy is unreachable, the save button simply does not appear and your storefront behaves exactly as it would without the app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Found is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of Keepsy. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Ending it

Uninstall Keepsy from your OpoShop admin whenever you like. Processing stops immediately. Saved lists are retained for 90 days so a reinstall restores them, then deleted; ask us sooner and we will erase them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated above and notified in the app. Continuing to use Keepsy after a change means you accept it.
